HD-072 This product is used to pack tealight into plastic bag: each layer 25pcs, 50pcs/bag (2 layers), 75pcs/bag (3 layers) or 100pcs/bag (4 layers). It is made up of packing channel, arms, lifting platform and candle exit. Electrical parts are famous brand, quality can be trust.

Melting the paraffin plate into the solution and the spray it on the cooling rotary drum.The small wax drippings are cooled into the paraffin particles. Then the machine uses these particles to produce the candle.

Automatic tealight candle filling assembly line is independently developed by our company which is a fully automation and machinery assembly line. Whole process is implementing with highly mechanized and speed connection from sorting tealight cup, loading tealight wick sustainer to tealight candle filling. 

HD-010 This product is used to coat wax on cotton candle wick by different times and then cooling in order to get different diameter wick. Wick surface is smooth and round, can be used on wick cutting machine directly.
