Rotor Drum Granulation Machine

Melting the paraffin plate into the solution and the spray it on the cooling rotary drum.The small wax drippings are cooled into the paraffin particles. Then the machine uses these particles to produce the candle.
Here is the process of production: the box melts and preserves the temperature of the wax solution - a row of nozzles with the diameters of 0.3-0.5 are used to spray the wax solution on the rotary drum - there is the hollow cooling water circulation on the rotary drum surface - it cools the wax solution into the wax powder particles - it is delivered to the material outlet through the vibration channel.
